Would it be possible to add program totals to the Academy Dashboard that show how many students are in each program? Gmail Integration Issue

With the gmail integration, the sender in the inbox of students is labeled as "email@gmail.com" rather than the "email display name" that is set in settings.  Is there a way to get this fixed?  When emails are labeled without a name, it could potentially go to spam more often as well as a lot of people view it as spam and dont even bother opening it.

Several Very Slow loading areas

Where a person can go to a landing page and skip the lead, skip the trial, and go right into creating a membership.  I also need some flexibility for membership options as it shouldn't be just one size fits all. For example we offer 3 membership options, 4 classes per month, 8 classes per month, and unlimited options, and then the additional student at a discount price, and the option for discounted enrollment etc.  It's very cumbersome for us to need to create a membership that we then send to the person to use to enroll. Class Check In Proportions Apple vs Android

We have been using an android tablet for attendance purposes, and we just swapped it out for an apple ipad today. The android displays a proper keyboard, whereas the apple ipad has a very uneven keyboard (picture below). Class Check In Proportions Apple vs Android

Please check email headers

It seems as though several of the email headers do not display in emails when sent (they have the broken image link icon).  The only one that works (of the ones that we use) appears to be the Tiger Rock header.  We know for sure the "test up" header does not load correctly and we believe the other event headers do not either.

pause agreement signed but billing not paused

We had a customer sign a pause agreement on 3/7/24 to begin 5/3 and end 8/3. However, their billing on 5/5 was taken out anyway and we had to inconvenience them and issue a refund. This is the first instance of this issue since the recent update and wonder if there is a bug that needs to be fixed so the billing is not being taken out during pause agreements in the future? I can provide names screenshots or names if needed.

Could we get a way to send a communication directly from the event rather than an email template?  

Way I would see it working is that we enter in event info in the details tab and then on the eligible page there is a "send event invite" button.  The email would then be the details page and we never have to visit the communications page (this was a nice feature with kicksite being able to send communication right from the event and not have to set up a communication elsewhere)

Season scorecard bug

When a student clicks the season score card button it takes them to the app log in screen.
If you input your user name and pass it just refreshes to the log in screen again.

She had showed us the text messages and it was from Mr. Britt Harrell in Lenexa, Kansas. She paid for a $99 trial.

Removing people from communication list

Removing people from communication list causes an error

I have a group labelled "after school" and I want to send a communication to a portion of those students. I cannot take a couple students out of the group when making the communication as it gives me an error. Right now it looks like my only options are to go under each student's profile and temporarily take them out of the group and then add them back when I am done or I have to send each email individually.

I tried to replicate this issue several times, and the remove student button seems to work whenever I try to remove a student from a communication.  I tried to replicate it by communicating with that specific tag in our test environment.

Can you create a new communication and try removing students?  If you get the error again, can you please send me the URL of the specific communication so I can try to replicate it?

Attendance Check in Screen Issues

Student check in screen will frequently go blank. Just a blank white screen. I am able to fix it by "right clicking" and refreshing the page, but it has been happening multiple times a day for the past few weeks.
