Posted by Corporate 06/26/2012
When you are preparing to compete at the 2012 Tiger-Rock Martial Arts World Championships, don't forget to prepare for the 2012 Art Show as well! For the past 9 years, this Art Show has provided "an opportunity for martial artists to exhibit their art," said Al Hiroms, who has been involved with the Art Show since the beginning.

Categories for the competition include drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, poetry, and sculpture – and all shapes and sizes are welcome. Contestants will be separated into Adults ages 16 and up and Youth ages 15 and below, and winners in each perspective category will have the chance to take home first, second, or third place. Winners will be announced at the end of the World Championships.

If you're interested in submitting your artwork, please submit the Art Show Registration Form, found on your Dashboard, to Stephanie Onken (sonken@tigerrockmartialarts.com). There is no cost to enter and students are asked to register before July 2. Students are responsible for bringing their works to the Art Show and contacting Mr. Al Hiroms or Mr. Earl Scoggins on-site the day of.
